Employment rate of persons with disabilities
The Act to Facilitate the Employment of Persons with Disabilities requires companies with 43.5 or more employees to employ persons with disabilities at a rate equal to or higher than the legally mandated rate. Due to the company split in June 2019 and June 2022, the employment rate at Morito Co., Ltd. temporarily fell below the standard, but we will strive to meet the legal requirement.
*Morito Auto-Parts Co., Ltd. is not included because the number of employees is below the legal standard.
(As of June 1 of each year: Based on the "Report on the Employment of Persons with Disabilities")

Percentage of employees taking paid annual leave
We set the target percentage of employees taking paid annual leave at 65% in our general business operator action plan. In 2023, the percentage was 68.3% for Morito Co., Ltd., 80.2% for Morito Japan Co., Ltd., 68.4% for Morito Apparel Co., Ltd. and 72.1% for Morito Auto-Parts Co., Ltd. The decrease in the percentage of employees taking annual paid leave in 2021 is due in part to an increase in the number of working from home and employees taking leave to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Currently, we continue to work from home with a certain frequency while taking paid annual leave.
