Employment rate of persons with disabilities

The Act to Facilitate the Employment of Persons with Disabilities requires companies with 43.5 or more employees to employ persons with disabilities at a rate equal to or higher than the legally mandated rate. Due to the company split in June 2022 and retirements, the employment rate at Morito Co., Ltd. and Morito Apparel Co., Ltd. temporarily fell below the standard, but we will strive to meet the legal requirement.
*Morito Auto-Parts Co., Ltd. is not included because the number of employees is below the legal standard.
(As of June 1 of each year: Based on the "Report on the Employment of Persons with Disabilities")
